Restaurant Chain Opens New Location In Brookfield

BROOKFIELD, CT — Jaipore Xpress has officially opened its newest location in Brookfield.

The Indian restaurant held a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the restaurant's new location Friday at 782 Federal Road, according to Economic Development and Project Manager Greg Dembowski.

The Brookfield restaurant is the seventh Jaipore Xpress location and expands a brand that traces its roots to Jaipore Royal Indian Cuisine, a family-owned business that has served customers for more than 30 years.

According to the company, Jaipore Royal Indian Cuisine built its reputation on traditional recipes, quality ingredients and Indian hospitality, growing into a recognized restaurant brand across Connecticut and New York.

The new Brookfield location focuses on fast-casual dining and takeout, offering online ordering, catering services, freshly prepared Indian meals and limited seating for diners.

"Whether you're picking up dinner for the family, ordering lunch for the office, or craving your favorite curry on a busy weekday, Jaipore Xpress makes authentic Indian cuisine more accessible than ever," the company said.
