The owners said the facility was inspired by Samantha Southard's background as a special education teacher and was built with the goal of creating a welcoming space where children can learn, play and connect with others.

To mark the opening, Gliders will offer complimentary open play sessions from June 15 through June 19. Reservations are required and space is limited.
