Stamford Urgent Care Center Receives Top Honor

Doctors Express Urgent Care is the recipient of the 2014 Business of the Year by the Stamford Chamber of Commerce.

At its annual meeting, the Chamber of Commerce presented Doctors Express owner Brad Radulovacki with the honor with Governor Malloy in attendance.

In his presentation, Jack Condlin, Chamber president said

“Many new companies come to Stamford each year. One of the first things that Brad did was to explore the possibility, before he explored the possibility of opening a business in Stamford. He met with the Chamber of Stamford, and he, himself, joined. Before Brad even opened his door he attended just about every meeting or event the Chamber had. In a few months Brad was quickly recognized as an active and engaged member. For this Brad, we thank you and recognize Doctor’s Express as the company of the year.”

In its’ first few months of existence, the Stamford based Doctors Express urgent care center, located at 3000 Summer Street, is thriving –ahead of their business plan projections, according to Radulovacki, and is exploring sites for additional locations within Stamford. The urgent care center is proving to be a valuable asset to the Stamford community.

This past Friday, the business community recognized it as such as well.

Radulovacki said, “We are really thrilled to receive this honor from the Chamber.

I do credit a large part of our success to our partnership and collaboration with the Chamber and chamber members. We worked hand in hand with Stamford companies including signage companies, printing firms, PR firms, banks, and many others to form partnerships. As a result, we are achieving our goal of bringing high quality urgent care to the people of Stamford.”
