BROOKFIELD, CT — Local leaders, bankers, Small Business Association administrators and US Commerce representatives gathered this week to recognize Brookfield's Xcalliber president Anthony DeFeo and employees as Connecticut's SBA Exporter of the Year.

Xcalliber parts have been used in both on and off-highway Allison transmissions since 1984, operating in over 50 countries, on all seven continents, according to the company website.

Xcalliber maintains a warehouse at 30 Pocono Road, and its manufacturing headquarters at 115 Commerce Street in Brookfield.
