Tonight: Brookfield to Hold Special Board of Selectmen Meeting

From the Town of Brookfield: The Office of First Selectman Stephen C. Dunn announces that a Special Board of Selectmen Meeting will be held on December 12, 2016 will be held at 5:00 PM in the Selectmen's Conference Room at Town Hall.

1) Call to Order

2) New Hire: Dayna Weiss, Senior ACCountant, from temporary assignment status to full-time status, due to retirement of Caroline Rothschild.

3) New Library Ad-Hoc Committee: At a meeting on April 11, the BOS approved a charge for members of the Committee to study the possibility of leasing property in the Four Corners areafor the Brookfield Library location. Discuss and approve expanded Charge to committee.

4) Streetscape Project Phase I: Review of updated Sources and Uses of Funds. Revise Motion to Board of Finance and Special Town Meeting & Referendum dates.

5) Executive Session: Pending Litigation: Dunkerton v. Town of Brookfield.

6) Adjourn
