Top 10 Reasons to See a Chiropractor This Holiday Season

Take a time out for the busy holiday season and take care of you and your family's health!

10 Reasons See Your Chiropractor This Holiday Season

1. Stress Relief
Stress causes the body to stiffen up which can lead to headaches, back pain, jaw pain, increases your chance of injury and more. The holiday seasons can be hard when a loved one isn’t there, spending time with difficult family members, traveling, financial strain, etc. A quick trip to the chiropractor can help decrease the pressure and restore body movement.

2. Back Pain Relief after Lifting Boxes, baking/cooking and Hanging Lights
The holidays have us dragging heavy boxes, going up and down stairs to and from the attic/basement, reaching over our heads and lifting heavy boxes and groceries. Remember to bend your knees when lifting and use your
knees rather than your back!

A visit to Dr. Deb can help increase your immune system and lymphatic drainage!

4. Quicker Recovery from Travel
The prolonged sitting with trains, planes and automobiles can cause low back pain and neck pain especially when sleeping on different beds, couches and floors. This alls strains muscles in your body. Stop in to restore movement and loosen up muscles!
