Demonstrates Mastery in the Field of Human Resources
(Danbury, CT), (June 17, 2013) -- Beth Agen, MBA, chief performance officer of Urgent Care of Connecticut recently earned certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
The certification, awarded by the HR Certification Institute, signifies that Ms. Agen possesses the theoretical knowledge and practical experience in human resource management necessary to pass a rigorous examination demonstrating a mastery of the field.
"Certification as a human resource professional clearly demonstrates a commitment to personal excellence and to the human resource profession," said Mary Power, CAE, executive director of the HR Certification Institute.
To become certified, an applicant must pass a comprehensive examination and demonstrate a strong background of professional human resource experience.
“Recruiting and retaining people as talented as Ms. Agen is an example of our dedication to excellence in all that we do,” stated Urgent Care of Connecticut’s Chief Executive Officer, R. Robert Rohatsch, MD, FACEP. “We congratulate Beth on reaching this milestone in her professional development.”
