In the last installment, readers talked about what they would like to see on the southeast lot of Four Corners, formerly the Superior Service BP gas station.

This week we continue north to one of the last parcels along Brookfield’s commercial corridor, 1055 Federal Road.

The sprawling vacant lot is zoned and permitted for a shopping center, though the owners are waiting for the right anchor store before beginning construction on the entire strip mall.
