We provide forever homes for horses in need while offering hands-on programs that build confidence, responsibility, and connection for children, teens, and adults in our community. Whether you're looking for riding lessons, a meaningful youth program, or a fun summer experience for your child, we invite you to come meet the herd. The 20th Annual Sam Collins Day is set for Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The rain date is Sunday, Sept. 21, 2014.The Canton Lions Club will serve a pancake breakfast, there will be entertainment and lots of local businesses, crafters, and community organizations in attendance. The event will take place at the Canton Volunteer Fire Company Field on Canton Springs Road and in downtown Collinsville. There is no charge for admission and there is free parking and free shuttle buses. The shuttle buses will run between the main site and downtown from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Shuttle services for elderly and disabled residents will be provided in collaboration with Canton Senior &amp; Social Services.
