The event will take place at The Shops at Farmington Valley off Route 44 in Canton.
Pre-registration is required, and organizers said space is limited. Participants are encouraged to bring a mat and water.
Free parking will be available, and restaurants at the shopping center will remain open after the event.
The SWEAT series is expected to continue on Saturday mornings throughout the summer with rotating instructors and class offerings.
The Shops at Farmington Valley, located along Route 44 in Canton, includes more than 45 retail stores and restaurants. Organizers described the center as a community gathering space that hosts seasonal events and charitable initiatives throughout the year.
