• Canton, Simsbury Schools Awarded $850K In State Special Education Grants (patch.com) — Canton families will see new investment in local special education, as Canton and New Hartford share a $500,000 grant and nearby Simsbury receives $350,000 under a new state incentive program. The funding is meant to expand in-district services so more Canton students with disabilities can learn closer to home, easing both educational and financial pressures on the community.
