CANTON, CT — Northwest Connecticut Band LLC, which lists its line of work as a musical group, was among 14 new businesses registered in Canton in October, according to the Connecticut Business Registry.
The company gave an address on Town Bridge Road in Collinsville. Business types are chosen by the filers and were not independently verified.
Three new companies listed real estate activities, two of them named for their Albany Turnpike addresses.
Five of the new businesses gave Collinsville addresses. Other newcomers include Thunderfist Entertainment, a film and video production company on Torrington Avenue in Collinsville; Sugar and Stitch, a snack and beverage bar on River Street in Collinsville; RSVP Volleyball, a sports instruction business on Dowd Avenue; and Oak Hair Studio on East Hill Road.
