Avon-Based Holistic Products' and Creator at Holiday Craft and Holistic Fair in Torrington, Sat., Nov. 28

Spiritual readings, healings, and more will be offered at the Holiday Craft and Holistic Fair from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, November 28th at Unity in the Foothills, a center for spiritual living at 102 Prospect Street in Torrington. At this unique holiday fair, holistic practitioners will offer free hands-on spiritual healings and spiritual readings and coaching. Plus hand-crafted gifts and products, foods and photos with Santa will be available.

“Unity in the Foothills,” commented Reverend Carolyn Swift Jones, “is delighted to host this event which represents our mission to contribute towards healing our world through prayerful living, inspired teaching and helping others. It is our hope that the outcome of this fair will improve the lives of others and help to support small businesses in our local community.”

Featured holistic practitioners and vendors will include:

-Spiritual readings by Reverend Carolyn Swift Jones of Winsted (www.theguidingcircle.com.) With the belief that God is with and in everything, Rev. Carolyn offers her service as a spiritual mediator between individuals and their Guiding Circles for thousands of people around the world. Readings will be offered at $20 for 20 minutes. -Body, mind, spirit coaching will be provided by Dr. Anya Hricko, PH.D., SEP of Torrington (www.anyahricko.com) who specializes in somatic (body-centered) and nutritional psychology for a healthy brain, stable mood and emotional wellness. Her services recognize the importance of body as a resource for personal and spiritual growth and helps people become better in tune with their body, mind and spirit to create holistic wellness. Mini coaching sessions will be offered at $20 for 20 minutes. She will also offer a drawing for a free one-on-one coaching session, valued at $125.00 per session.

-Mini reflexology treatments and angel card readings will be offered by Samantha Dennison, a spiritual practitioner at Tranquility Salon and Spa in New Hartford.

-Holistic holiday gift items will be offered by Suzanne Pantano of Avon. Items will include organic and essential body oils and hair care products as well as acupressure patches, health and energy drinks and patches to help eliminate cell phone radiation.

-Reiki Healing, essential oils and gift items will be available from Colleen Dziedzic of “Spiritual Blessings” in Torrington.

-Spiritual Hands-on-Healings will be offered free of charge to all Fair attendees.

Crafters at the fair will include a selection of items ranging from original artwork by Garon Miller of (Torrington) and hand-knitted gifts by Laura Nicholson of Middletown to hand-made jewelry by Joanne Conti of Sheffield, MA and Jean Tom of Watertown, and seasonal decorations and fairy items by Kathleen Golymbieski of Torringford. In addition, delicious handcrafted truffles by Underground Truffles from Harwinton will add a sweet spot to the day.

Santa will also be present for photographs with the children for a fee of $5/photo with package options. Plus bowls of chili and a beverage will be available for $5.
