Ben & Jerry's Free Cone Day to Benefit Canton Fire and EMS Department
More than $18,000 in donations have been raised on Free Cone Day since 2005 for the volunteer department.

Many love free ice cream and many love supporting their local fire and EMS departments.
Canton residents can do both at the same time tomorrow.
Ben & Jerry’s in Canton will celebrate Free Cone Day on April 14 from noon to 8 p.m.

Those attneding are encouraged to donate to the Town of Canton Volunteer Fire and EMS Department. Last year more than $2,500 was raised and Ben & Jerry’s handed out 4,000 servings of ice cream.
Since 2005 the department has received more than $18,000 in donations on Free Cone Day.

All of the donations will go toward purchasing gear, training and equipment for volunteer firefighters and EMTs.
Ben & Jerry’s is located at The Shoppes at Farmington Valley on Route 44 in Canton.
