College of Saint Rose, Albany NY

  • The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York, congratulates Abigail Sevigny of Canton for being named to the Dean's List for the fall 2016 semester. Sevigny is one of 751 students to achieve this mark of academic excellence. To make the Dean's List, Sevigny had to complete a minimum of 12 credit hours and achieve a semester grade-point average of at least 3.5 with no grades of D, F, Incomplete or Pass/Fail.

  • Canton resident Jane Rose has achieved a perfect 4.0 grade point average at Goodwin College for the fall 2016 session, earning a spot on the elite President's List. To qualify for the President's List, a student must be enrolled in at least six credits at Goodwin College and earn perfect marks in all classes.
  • Goodwin College announces that 975 students, including three from Canton, achieved Dean's List status for the fall 2016 session. Dean's List inclusion requires a student to earn a minimum 3.5 GPA, the equivalent of an A- average, during a given academic session. The student must also be enrolled in a minimum of six academic credits to qualify. Canton honorees are John Calos, Tonoa Jackson and Jane Rose.
