According to the National Weather Service, a blizzard warning is in effect from Jan. 26, 1 p.m. until Jan. 28, 12 a.m. A coastal flood watch is in effect from Jan. 27 3 a.m. until Jan. 27 7 a.m. All unnecessary travel is discouraged beginning this afternoon.

• Tuesday Night Snow likely, mainly before 1am. Cloudy, with a low around 12. Northwest wind 9 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 29 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New snow accumulation of around an inch possible.
