Canton High School Squads Qualify for Postseason Play
Two Warrior teams have punched their tickets, while two others have a shot at making the state tournament.
It promises to be a busy fall postseason for Canton High School, with two teams having already qualified for state tournament competition and two others on the verge.
Boys soccer is the highest-ranked Warrior team, sporting a 10-3-1 record through Wednesday to tie for fourth in Class S.
Field hockey has already qualified for the Class S tournament, currently ranked 11th with an 8-4-2 mark.

Girls volleyball is 7-9, and needs one win in its final four matches to make the tournament. Girls soccer is 4-8-2, needing at least a win and a tie in its final two outings to qualify.
State tournament action begins in early November, with championship games slated for Nov. 21.
