Here's Canton's Plan On How To Slow Down Motorists
Traffic may be reduced to one lane beginning on Thursday, where town employees are performing work.
CANTON, CT — The town's ongoing battle against dangerous driving will continue Thursday when permanent "speed tables" will go up on Case Street.
Speed tables act as speed bumps, but they're larger, with the aim being to force motorists to slow down, but not cause debilitating damage.
Work to install the Case Street speed tables will begin Thursday at 7 a.m. and last until, about, 3 p.m.
