Canton Obituary: Eleanor Kula

Condolences to her family and friends.

Eleanor (Sikorski) Kula beloved wife of Jozef Kula, passed away on November 15, 2016 after a battle with Alzheimer’s.

Babci, as she was known to everyone, was the heart and soul of the Kula Clan. Through the years she was employed as a bookkeeper with various employers including Comer Nursery, Aetna, & Sikorski Bus. She loved her grandchildren, feeding people when they were already full and playing hostess to all will be deeply missed.

She leaves her beloved husband of 63 years, Jozef Kula of Harwinton, as well as her three children Cynthia & Raymond Ward of Avon, Greg and Mavis Kula of Torrington, and Jon and Lisa Kula of Unionville, six grandchildren Joseph, Katherine and Anne Marie Cormier, Becki and Douglas Hildrew, Jesse Kula and Ethan Kula. She was also able to see her first great grandson Rhys Hildrew. She was predeceased by her parents and three brothers.

The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church of Collinsville, Connecticut at 10 AM on November 19, 2016. Burial is private.
