Whether you're looking for riding lessons, a meaningful youth program, or a fun summer experience for your child, we invite you to come meet the herd. Virginia Moses Vining, 92, of Canton, widow of George H. Vining, passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 19th, 2017. Born December 1st, 1925 in New Haven, daughter of the late A. Emerson and Josephine (Wideman) Moses, she resided in the area her entire life. Ginny was a longtime dedicated member of the Canton Community Baptist Church. She leaves to mourn her passing her loving church family and her loving friends.Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 11:00am in the Canton Community Baptist Church, Canton with Rev. Amy Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Southwest Cemetery, Canton in the spring. Relatives and friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Canton Community Baptist Church, 125 Dowd Ave., Canton, CT 06019.
