Canton PTO Donates 50 Computers to School
The PTO donated $14,000 to purchase more Chromebooks for students at Canton Intermediate School.
Parent fundraising and funds from the school system helped purchase more laptops for Canton Intermediate School students.
The parent-teacher organization donated $14,000 to purchase 50 new Chromebook computers, according to the Hartford Courant.
The total number of Chromebooks is now 225. The goal is to get laptops for all students and there are currently 430 at the school.
