According to the Connecticut Lottery Corp., Canton resident Elias Bourjaili won $25,000 playing the $500,000 Extravaganza! Second Edition scratch-off game on Tuesday, Jan. 24. The winning ticket was purchased at the Danbury Fair Mall's Exxon station, according to the lottery corporation.
