Canton Residents Receive National Award from Girl Scouts of Connecticut

At its Annual Meeting, Girl Scouts of Connecticut awarded eight volunteers across the state with a national award, the GSUSA Volunteer of Excellence Award.
The GSUSA Volunteer of Excellence Award was developed by Girl Scouts of the USA. The following volunteers from Girl Scouts of Connecticut received the award:

The GSUSA Volunteer of Excellence Award recognizes volunteers who have contributed outstanding service while partnering directly with girls in any pathway to implement the Girl Scout Leadership Experience through the use of the national program portfolio. Recipients of this award are also those who have contributed outstanding service in support of the council’s mission delivery to girl and adult members.
