Canton Students to Begin Internship Program
The program will allow a group of seniors to get exposure to potential career paths.

High Schools in Canton and Avon have started internship programs to expose seniors to possible career choices.
Currently there are 10 students from each high school that participate in the program, but the plan is to eventually have all seniors participate, according to the Hartford Courant.

Students participate mainly with local businesses. One student will work at the Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine in Farmington and others will work with police in Hartford and Avon.
