It features an Olympic-sized swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, a football field, baseball fields, soccer fields, a skate park, wading pool, sand volleyball courts and two separate pavilions.
In simplest terms, Mills Pond Park is the hub of recreation in town and visits there represent a common tradition for natives and residents of Canton.
The park is also the home of several Canton recreation department programs, including several summer camps for local children of all ages.
