Canton's Annual Skating Party Set To Take Place

CANTON/SIMSBURY, CT — One of the Town of Canton's bigger events of the winter is accepting registrants now, with folks able to lace up and cut across the ice.

The 2025 Canton Family Ice Skating Party will take place Sunday, Feb. 16, at the Simsbury Farms Ice Rink, 100 Old Farms Road, Simsbury.

It will take place from 5:45 to 6:45 at the public rink in Canton's neighbor, the Town of Simsbury.

The cost to participants is $8 for residents of Canton and $10 for non-residents. The fee includes skate rentals if it is needed.

Guests can sign up via the town's recreation department website at Cantonrec.org.
