CANTON, CT — Local police this week announced a series of road closures in connection with Canton's largest Halloween celebration, which is Saturday, Oct. 28.
Downton Historic Collinsville will be transformed into a village of family Halloween fun as part of the annual "Collinsville Halloween Parade."
The parade starts at 7 p.m. throughout Main Street, but the 30th annual celebration is more than just marching in the street.
