Canton's Newest Cop About To Hit The Beat

CANTON, CT — A new officer is about to hit the beat for the Canton Police Department, as she has graduated from the Connecticut Police Academy.

The CPD said over the weekend that Canton Police Officer Amelia Packard had completed her training and is ready to start departmental training.

"We wish her well as she begins her career serving the Town of Canton," wrote the CPD in a social media post.
