Canton, CT April 8, 2013) – Hollie Smith, APRN, of Simsbury, has joined the medical staff of Pro Health Partners and Cherry Brook Health Care Center. Mrs. Smith received her BA from Siena College, AD from Capital Community College and MS from Quinnipiac. She worked for Hartford Hospital for eight years in their Congested Heart Failure floor and Cardiac ICU, before taking a job with Pro Health Partners, which is a smaller company made up of all APRN’s who go to different skilled nursing facilities and assisted livings. Mrs. Smith works at Cherry Brook Health Care Center, Monday, Wednesday and Friday to help residents with all different medical issues. “I love caring for the geriatric population, it is very rewarding. The resident’s at Cherry Brook can be seen at all different times of day, and we are available via phones when we aren’t in the building” states Hollie Smith, APRN. “Hollie has been well received by our residents, families and physicians, and has been instrumental in proactively addressing resident’s needs and questions.
