NEW HARTFORD, CT — A Longmeadow, Mass. woman died after being found unresponsive during a deep water certification in Brody Park Saturday.For some reason Caroll Driscoll, 51, did not surface when given the sign by her instructor. The instructor then brought her to the surface and CPR was started, according to State Police.She was transported to Charlotte Hungerford Hospital and then to Hartford Hospital via Lifestar helicopter.
