Roswell Development, LLC, of Granby, is in the preliminary stages of the project and hasn't applied for planning and zoning permits.A company representative said the project would bolster the town's supply of mid-priced housing. Homes are expected to go in the mid-$500,000 range. The homes will be about 2,200 square feet with first-floor master bedrooms, intending to appeal to those who want to downsize from larger houses with more stairs. If approved, the project could be complete by 2025.
