For Girls and Boys ages 6-10yrs
In this series of specially developed 1-hour sessions children will learn yoga postures and deep breathing practices. During the active portion of classes, children will develop skills to assist in their coordination and balance. As the class moves toward its quiet ending, participants will learn to slow down and calm themselves.
