
Canton Public Library kicks off its Vacation Week Programming on Tuesday, December 27 with a “Movie on the Big Screen: Kung Fu Panda 2: The Kaboom Doom” (rated PG). The screen lights up at 6:30 PM, and hot popcorn will be served.

In this DreamWorks animation, Po is living his dream as The Dragon Warrior, as he and his fellow king fu masters are protecting the Valley of Peace. A new and formidable villain emerges, however, who threatens to use a secret, unstoppable weapon to conquer China and destroy kung fu. Po must search his own past and his mysterious origins in order to unlock the strength he needs to succeed.

Kung Fu Panda 2 lives up to its predecessor and is a great mix of action, comedy, and life lessons. The film features the voices of Jack Black, Dustin Hoffman, Gary Oldman, Angelina Jolie, Seth Rogen, and Michelle Yeoh.
