Walt Disney's 1977 full-length animated feature, THE RESCUERS, combines comedy, drama, and sheer excitement into one exciting experience for the whole family. Two mice, Bernard and Bianca, members of the world's only international mice squad, set out to save a kidnapped orphan named Penny from the clutches of the villainous Madame Medusa, who needs the little girl to help find a priceless diamond. There are alligators, swamp critters, and evil villains to overcome in this spellbinding tale of treasures and escapes and near misses and ultimately, of rescues.
