Final Canton Farmers Market Of 2023 Is Sunday

CANTON, CT — A major part of the Canton calendar ends Sunday with the final Canton Main Street Farmers Market of 2023 slated for downtown Collinsville.

Set to take place at 10 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, the last 2023 market represents one more time to enjoy local music, purchase locally produced food items/crafts, and, perhaps, see one of Canton's "resident bald eagles" fly over the market.

The weekly event starts in June and continues every Sunday through October and they're organized by Canton Main Street Inc.

Canton Main Street Inc. is a local nonprofit that aims to "enhance the cultural, economic, environmental and social vitality of Canton’s villages and commercial centers to champion Canton as a desirable place to live, work, and visit."

With Sunday expected to be a nice, fall day without any rain, the weather should be conducive to a mid-October trip to the market.
