The location has been the topic of much discussion in recent days and numerous musical acts have been scheduled to fill out the month at the bar, run for numerous years by the late "Bill" Wilson, who purchased it in the mid 1960s and died in October of 2010.

Fialkiewicz said he could not yet divulge the buyer, the price or other details but did say the plan is to fix up the decaying structure. He said there are plans for "extensive renovations on the building, keeping it in historic perspective."
