Flatbread Company to Host ConnFACT Fundraiser
Flatbread Co of Canton to host a fundraiser on 9/30/2014 from 5 PM on for ConnFACT (Connecticut Families Against Chemical Tresspass)
On Tuesday, September 30, Flatbread Company of Canton will contribute $3.50, for each large pizza, and $1.75 for each small pizza sold, to an organization called ConnFACT. This new organization is fighting to protect us all from the CAUSE of most modern day disease – Chemical Trespass.
ConnFACT, born from the grassroots campaign GMO Free CT, is on a mission:
- To educate and inform the residents of CT and their Government
Representatives about the health, environmental, ethical, and
economic issues related to toxic chemicals. - To encourage and activate CT citizens to become aware of and reject the toxic chemicals they are unknowingly exposed to every day and to use their collective voices to make their rejection of toxic chemicals known.
- To demand that our government officials stand with the people who put them in office and protect the citizens from the practices that contaminate the air we breath, the water we drink, and the food we eat.
Please join us for delicious organic flatbreads, some awesome raffle items, and the opportunity to help us knock out diseases, so there will not be a need to search for a cure!
