On Nov. 30, FOCUS Center for Autism opened the Fresh Start School at their Canton location. This state approved special education program will provide a unique educational experience for children ages 11-18 with autism spectrum and related disorders. The school is a natural evolution of the long standing FOCUS Clinical Day Program and will expand on the philosophy of creating clinical and social learning environments that support academic success. The Fresh Start School will not only be a place where students can realize their academic goals but a community where children can develop relationships and learn to grow both socially and emotionally.
