Goodwill Donation Center Now Open

Goodwill opened its Attended Donation Center at 217 Albany Turnpike (Route 44) Friday, March 4. 

The center will be open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Goodwill was recently granted a special exception from the Zoning Commission, which was needed due to its nature as a “Personal Service Business.”

The store is open in the same plaza with Jon Art Tattoo, Sawyer Martial Arts and Ecobody.

Several years ago, Goodwill ran a donation center next to Gerry’s Place, where the current Joni’s Child Care and Preschool is located.
