Help Canton Food Bank, Buy Flowers At Area Stop & Shop

CANTON/FARMINGTON, CT — Those looking to get flower bouquets for upcoming holiday gatherings might want to venture to the Farmington Stop & Shop store.

That's because, for every "Bloomin' 4 Good' bouquet sold at the Unionville site, $1 will be donated to the Canton Food Bank to help feed the need in that nearby town.

Canton's food bank is located at the Trinity Episcopal Church on River Road in Collinsville, a historic neighborhood in Canton along the Farmington River.

The participating Stop & Shop is located at 1799 Farmington Ave., Unionville, which is a neighborhood in Farmington.

The bouquets normally sell for $10.99 and the donation offer lasts through Dec. 31.
