It’s back—the CT Lottery’s “New Year’s $1,000,000 Super Draw” game—and so is YOUR BEST CHANCE to become Connecticut’s first lottery MILLIONAIRE of 2015!

Ticket sales for the New Year’s $1,000,000 Super Draw will begin on Sunday, September 28. Only 275,000 tickets will be sold for a chance to win the guaranteed top prize of $1,000,000 in a special drawing to be held on January 1, 2015.

An addition to the single $1,000,000 top prize, 2,130 other “Super Draw” tickets will also be drawn for a chance to win five (5) $20,000 prizes, twenty-five (25) $1,000 prizes, one hundred (100) $500 prizes and 2,000 prizes of $100. In total, $1,375,000 in prizes will be awarded.

“Starting off the first of the New Year with a guaranteed, new CT Lottery millionaire is always an exciting event,” said Anne M. Noble, President and CEO of the CT Lottery. “This $1,000,000 Super Draw with be our fourth, consecutive New Year’s Day drawing, and we’re already looking forward to it.”

For each $10 ticket, the New Year’s $1,000,000 Super Draw offers a 1 in 275,000 chance of winning $1,000,000—the best odds offered by the CT Lottery for winning a million dollars. Based on game sell-out, the overall odds to win one of the 2,131 guaranteed Super Draw prizes are a very favorable 1 in 129.

New Year’s $1,000,000 Super Draw Game Details:

• Tickets cost $10 each and printed in numerical order as issued state-wide.
• Only 275,000 tickets will be sold.
• Each ticket sold will contain a unique six-digit number from 100001 to 375000.
• There will be only one drawing scheduled for January 1, 2015.
• Original ticket required to claim any prize won.
• Sales end on December 31, 2014, or when all 275,000 tickets are sold—whichever comes first.
• Guaranteed $1,000,000 top prize winning ticket will be drawn. Additional guaranteed prizes to be drawn include five (5) winners of $20,000 each, twenty-five (25) winners of $1,000 each, one-hundred (100) winners of $500 each, and two-thousand (2,000) winners of $100 each.
