Mark Bettera of La Trattoria Restaurant and Snap Fitness of Avon owner, Michele Welcome-Pellegatto have formed a new one of a kind menu. Michele is a 3x professional athlete, professional figure competitor, nutrition & training coach, and is very particular with the foods she eats. For years, Michele has been a customer of La Trattoria and could always count on Mark and his staff to accommodate Michele's special requests for healthy dinners. Michele could also count on and look forward to having a special post-show reward meal and a "Welcome Home" congratulatory hug after every competition. When Michele took over ownership of Snap Fitness Avon Health Club on January 4, 2013, Michele asked Mark if he would partner with her a a health movement in The Farmington Valley. The idea is to provide healthy meal options for health conscious people that wish to dine out and have a nutritious, wholesome, and flavorful dinner without compromising their fitness goals. Michele and Mark created this one-of-a-kind menu that is "Michele Approved." Current options include portion controlled Appetizers, Entrees with choice of sides. and includes Dessert. Selections will change and rotate seasonally as well. Bon Appetit! La Trattoria is on Route 44 in Canton, 860.673.5000.
