Major Christmas Celebration Planned In Canton
The two-day 'Christmas in Collinsville' will take place Friday and Saturday, Dec. 1-2.

CANTON, CT — The town's biggest holiday celebration starts Friday and continues into the next day, with the opening of "Christmas in Collinsville."
Canton's historic neighborhood is being transformed into a holiday wonderland courtesy of Canton Main Street, a local business organization.
It starts Friday, Dec. 1, from 6 to 8:30 p.m., with the annual "Champagne Walk," "Gallery of Trees" and a tree lighting/carol program.

Two food trucks will be available to sell goodies to the masses.
In addition, a holiday craft fair will take place at Canton Town Hall.

The next day, the craft fair continues and it will be joined by a day's worth of events/programs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2.
Those include stories by Mrs. Santa Claus, face painting at the Canton Museum and magic shows at Canton Town Hall, among other festivities.
