The winning scratch-off game was sold at a Canton gas station on Tuesday.
CANTON, CT — A local gas station was the place to buy a lottery ticket this week, with one Harwinton resident winning a nice payout from a scratch-off game.
According to the Connecticut Lottery Corp., the ticket was purchased at the Canton Citgo station at 232 Albany Turnpike on Tuesday, May 28.
The $20,000 payout won was earned via the 20X Cash 9th Edition game, according to lottery officials.
