Approximately 975 bachelor's degrees were conferred during the undergraduate exercises and nearly 270 master's degrees were conferred during the graduate exercises.

  • Joseph Klimczak has been named to the Siena College President's List for the spring 2017 semester. Klimczak is from Canton. The President's List requires a 3.9 grade point average or higher.

Tunxis Community College, Farmington CT

  • Tunxis Community College in Farmington has announced the names of those students who have qualified for the Dean’s List for the spring 2017 semester. Students matriculated in a certificate or degree program who have earned a semester grade point average of 3.4 or higher and have successfully completed 12 or more credits, or have earned a cumulative 12 credits over multiple semesters, are eligible for this academic honor.   • The University of Hartford is pleased to announce the following students from Canton have been named to the Dean's List for spring 2017: Maxwell Mclean, Kyle Murphy, Christina Titarenko, Avery Buehler, Natalie Olmstead, Gabriella Savino and Gabrielle Rose.

University of Scranton, Scranton PA

  • Nahyun Kang of Canton was among more than 1,600 students who were named to The University of Scranton's Dean's List for the 2017 spring semester. The Dean's List recognizes students for academic excellence. A student must have a grade point average of 3.5 or better with a minimum number of credit hours during the semester to make the Dean's List. Kang is a junior biochemistry, cell, molecular biology major in the University's College of Arts and Sciences.
