Part Of Canton Rails To Trails To Close Amid Invasive Species Fight
A section of the Canton's Rails to Trails will close for several hours on Wednesday for knotweed spraying.

CANTON, CT — A portion of Canton's Rails to Trails will be temporarily closed Wednesday while crews conduct treatment for an invasive plant species.
The trail will be closed between Dyer Avenue and River Road from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16, according to the Town of Canton.
The closure is necessary to allow for spraying of invasive knotweed along the trail.
