Submitted release  The 18th Annual Sam Collins Day will be held on Saturday, Sept. 15 (raindate Sun., Sept. 16) at the Canton Volunteer Fire Department Field on Canton Springs Road. The celebration will start with the Lions Club Pancake Breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m. at the firehouse on Canton Springs Road. Beginning at 10 a.m., visitors can enjoy the Taste of Canton food court, children's activities and live entertainment. The Sam Collins Day event includes a "Best of Show" contest to judge exhibitors participating in the Business Expo booths.  Admission and parking is free. Shuttles will run between downtown Collinsville and Canton Springs Road from 10 a.m. to 3:45 pm.
