Robert Hensley & Associates promotes Kim Conforti

Robert Hensley and Associates (RH&A) recently promoted Kim Conforti to Manager, Employee Benefits and Administration, in recognition of the leadership role she has taken at the firm through the changing benefits landscape brought on by health care reform.

In this expanded role, Kim will oversee the benefit renewal process for small business and individual customers. In addition, she will serve as the firm’s compliance expert for employers on health care reform and new benefits requirements. All benefits service and support staff will now report to Kim.

Kim has been with RH&A for five years. She brings over 15 years of experience servicing the benefit administration, communication and renewal needs of employers throughout Central and Northwest Connecticut. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Hartford, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
