Rockin' the Children's Room

Peter and Ellen Allard played a special preschool summer reading concert at Canton Public Library Thursday morning.

The event, held for children who did well on their summer reading logs, was sponsored by the Friends of the Canton Library and an anonymous donor. ShopRite donated cakes. 

"Programs like this encourage children to read," said friends member Tracy Zaccara Renaud. "I feel blessed to live in a town that has such a wonderful library that provides so many wonderful free programs to not only Canton residents but also surrounding towns."
