(Update) Small Commercial Building Has High Visibility
Former Brass Bed Boutique listed after death of owner.
The commercial building at the beginning of Trailsend Drive may have slightly less than 500 square feet but it does feature something invaluable to many businesses.
“It has great exposure,” said realtor David Sinish, adding that it would be ideal for a small office or retail operation.
The building, located at 3 Trailsend Drive, near Route 44 and its intersection with Lawton Road is the former Brass Bed Boutique, operated by John Perrino from 1975 until his death in May of 2011. It went on the market last fall.

Sinish said town records show the structure was built in 1970 by Wycliff Eddy and originally used for a real estate company until it was sold to Perrino, who also owned a barn on Collins Road for the manufacture, repair, polishing and storage of the beds.
Interestingly enough owner/broker Julius R. Fialkiewicz Jr. helped his dad, who owned Julius’ Plumbing, heating and electrical, dig the building’s small basement for placement of a boiler.

The building is now listed through Realty Works for $199,950. For more details, contact dsinish@comcast.net.
There will be an open house on the property Saturday, March 31 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
